Our Policies

Please be aware that while I am home most of the day- I do still have multiple clients & a set schedule for my days. Because of this, I must request that you please arrive at the time you have specified, and If any changes need to be made to pick up or drop off times, I require at least 2 hours notice as I want to make sure that my schedule is accommodating for you & my other clients. 

A late pick up or drop off of over an hour without proper communication could result in a $10/hour fee as it can interrupt my schedule for work & care of other clients. I am more than willing to work with situations outside of your control, as long as I have communication beforehand of any delays.
